The only thing I would have liked is for staff to knock on doors before coming in, which is pretty standard. In a dermatology office patients can be in vulnerable positions (undressed, etc) so knocking on the door before coming in is a courtesy I wish they had.

This visit was on point. She knew my history and took my concerns into consideration. She provided a prescription that has already proven to help my roseasa on my face. She froze an area on my face and it looks much better now that the dead skin has fallen off. I felt very comfortable with her care and her consideration for my concerns with allergies to sunscreens. She gave me a suggestions of using mineral bSed sunscreens.

I have been going to Dr D for a long time and when I see her, she knows me very well. She knows all about my medical status and diagnoses. She is careful with her treatments and explains each time what she is doing and what she hopes to accomplish with the treatment and why she opts for one or another given the circumstances. Her nurses have been with her a long time, too, and they know me as well. They are professional, courteous and it is clear that doctor and nurses converse and work well together. I am so lucky.

I take my 88 year old Mom to the appointment also and the doctor treats her so well, my mom just loves her. She is so kind and considerate with her.

Upon leaving this office I made an appt for 6 months. I asked for an appt card. We no longer give them out, I was told. So I had to ask for a pen and paper which the receptionist did not appear to like, meaning it was taking more time. It will appear on patient gateway. And when will that be? A few days before that appointment? I need to get my calendar in order. Is this saving 3 cents? So annoying!!

Dr Durakovic examined my skin thoroughly. I had a spot on my back and she took a biopsy. I got the results in two days. She also used liquid nitrogen to remove 2 pre-cancerous spots on my face. I will follow up in 6 months.

Providers are way too busy. There were many interruptions. So I feel badly that the system isn't great for the providers. And it was a lot of, for me anyway, a couple of interruptions, which seemed unusual. Not her fault, but what can I do? So it was kind of, I think there's a lot of pressure.
