If I could rate Kathy Chong with a 20 I would. Very thoughtful and thorough.

Dr Chong said she "cheated" and looked at my last CT scan from 2022 and determined my diagnosis before she even looked at my sinuses. While she listened to me ,somewhat, and explained her opinion, I felt disregarded and I honestly don't trust her evaluation. She told me the problem wasn't my sinuses and that I would need to see an ophthalmologist . I felt her attention to what I said was somewhat performative and I felt she was dismissive. I feel that she could have better explained how the sinuses and tear ducts work and given more thought to my case.

Dr. Chong fit me in to her packed scedule as an emergency patient because I had severe ear pain. I had to wait to see her but that is totally understandable and forgivable because there were several patients waiting for their appointments in the waiting room when I arrived. She fit me in as soon as she could, diagnosed the problem quickly, and sent me home with a prescription that is working. I will now see her every six months for ear wax cleaning to avoid the problem in in the future. Very professional and friendly.

I visited Dr. Chong because I was having some breathing difficulties with my nose and I was using the medicine Afrin to try to relieve myself of the symptoms so that I could breathe better. And Dr. Chong has, excuse me, has helped me to begin the process of discontinuing the use of the Afrin to have a better habit of what will be better for my nose and she was understanding and patient and so far I've been doing good not using the nasal spray anymore. So we're hoping for the best at my next appointment.
