Dr Liu Is very patient, listens well, and explains things in very measured manner. I never feel rushed when visiting her which give me confidence that her treatment plans and recommendations are also well thought out and planned and not rash.

I switched providers within the practice because my previous provider was constantly late and felt she was the only one who had any answers. My new provider treated me with the respect we all deserve, and was not as late as my prior provider. But you still need to work on your scheduling practices as the constant lateness is disturbing

Dr. Liu is fantastic. She referenced the information from my initial visit and asked very clear follow-up questions. She asked and listened to what I had to say, how I'm been managing certain issues as they surfaced, and made recommendations that were clear and made sense. She is also very friendly and kind, even when it's clear she is extremely busy.

I arrived 15minutes early was taken to exam room promptly where my Vision acuity and ocular pressure were checked by a technician. Mydriasis was induced so Dr. Liu could examine the internal structures of my eyes which was comprehensive. TV

The provider instilled confidence in me for what needed to be done. Her resident was also very efficient and did a good job getting information and further exams done to prepare for the doctor's arrival. The only area that I thought was inefficient was the early exam and photos taken. The technician did not seem to be as knowledgeable as she should be and many photos had to be repeated which added to my long wait.

Dr Liu saw me about a problem when my regular doctor, Dr [redacted] was not available. She was very thorough and communicated well about my issue. I came away reassured and knowledgeable about the situation.

I had some difficulty getting my prescription filled both times. Last year, when this issue happened, I think my old provider filled that prescription for me. But this time, there was just so many issues that I didn't get my prescription filled for like two weeks. And eventually it got filled and the doctor and the Somebody from her office, they apologized and things are resolved for now. But I just had to call insurance and the office and my pharmacy so many times. I think it could have been avoided.

It was overall a good visit. Since I'm currently awaiting hip surgery, the wheelchair and staff were extremely helpful.
