I could not be more pleased or grateful for Dr. Luckhurst care. She was very communicative and calming before and after my surgery. She was extremely responsive to answer questions or have her staff get in touch with me. It's just it's incredible when you have a brilliant doctor, but then she is also super concerned about how you are as patient. I was really impressed and touched by how thoughtful she was when she visited me to check on me. I just felt like it was a wonderful personal touch. I am very, very grateful.

Dr. Luckhurst was an excellent communicator. She listened attentively to my concerns and had obviously reviewed my records prior to the appointment. I appreciated not having to repeat my story. The doctor answered all my questions and I left the appointment with a plan for moving forward. I was very grateful for the time and the entire experience was positive.

The surgeon was very articulate, knew what she was doing. She was able to communicate it very, very clearly. She was succinct. She told me exactly what would happen, what my choices were, what her recommendation was, why she made the recommendation, and filled me in on the details of what the implications were for me after. It allowed me to make a very easy decision and trust to know that she completely know that she was excellent with what she was doing and had experience doing prior surgery like mine.

It eased all my worries.

The office and surgery team were so professional and the bed side manner was better than great, it was fantastic!
