I had a very positive experience with Dr. Carolyn D'Ambrosio. I was having some issues with my C-Pap machine and my health insurance provider. [redacted] Dr. D'Ambrosia was very helpful in straightening out my issue with insurance coverage. She is very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and experienced!

Yes, I found the experience very good. She understood, Dr. D'Ambrosio understood what my issues were. It's the use of my CPAP machine and I have a yearly appointment so it was somewhat routine, but I had a conference with her before. She understood what my needs were. She did go over some of the specifics of my particular case, which she understood. So I was very happy with the interaction during this virtual visit.
