First time meeting Caroline Shepker, she was very friendly and listened to me greatly. She was also very knowledgeable and I appreciated all the information she provided me in what we're going to do with my care moving forward.

I was very impressed with how Dr. Schepker prepared for my appointment. She had looked at notes and X-ray results and knew what was going on with me. This is not always done by providers.

She seemed in a rush. She asked about my symptoms and when I started she cut me off saying she didn't have time for all that. On a positive note she rushed my diagnosis paperwork through so I could receive a fast report and that was very much appreciated.
