This provider did not know my chart or case. She didn't listen to what I had to say and dismissed me and my issues without a base understanding of what was going on. She basically gave up when she decided she couldn't help.

She was very thorough and she wanted to see me back right away, which was really nice because a lot of doctors at the hospital don't make time, but she went out of her way to make sure that I was seen in an appropriate manner. She's super knowledgeable about everything at the hospital, the conditions, everything. Really smart. I really trusted her. And I would definitely like to see her again. I really liked it. Dr. McFadden was very attentive and thoughtful in all of our appointments. She was able to find a solution for my symptoms very quickly, and that solution has helped me greatly during this terrible allergy season.

I wasn't exactly sure whether I was in the right place or not. And I walked into the clinic and asked the young lady that I was looking for the ophthalmology clinic and she smiled and said, you are in the right place. What's your name? I gave her my name. She said, you are rich. Sit down. A nurse will call you soon. I sit down, the nurse called me, I waited about five minutes to see the doctor. When I saw the doctor, the doctor was pleasant, very knowledgeable, satisfied with the decision that was made. Everything was great. She said, the patient has no issues with Brigham and Women's Hospital. Very qualified health facility.

Wish it was a virtual meeting as it was very quick.
