Everything went very well Dr Carol Vincent is a favorite of mine, she explains things easy and she is handled most of my health issues efficiently.

I am totally confident in the knowledge and advise given to me by Dr. Vincent. Dr Vincent discusses the reason I am at her office, treats me with respect, is thorough in her explanations ensuring that I leave the office fully understanding her recommendation.

Unfortunately, I found out my PCP Dr. Carole Vincent is leaving the practice. She has been my Health Provider for over 3 years. I will miss her compassion and expertise. It is also unfortunate that the current climate of how physicians are treated will probably lead to more of them leaving. Where this leads to patients including myself to wonder what's next.

Dr Vincent has been very helpful and helping me with my back injurie issues over the last year & half I am very grateful to have a doctor who knows how to handle my situation.

Dr Vincent provided comprehensive care and addressed all my questions with helpful information.

She is always on time, takes an interest in my health, reviews my medicines, and asks specific questions as to why I requested the visit. Always very polite and easy to talk to.

I didn't feel the provider showed any interest in my emotional well-being. Last visit [redacted] I shared my sister had stage 4 endometrial cancer and I was very stressed. She didn't ask how I was feeling or an update on my sister's health; sos I did not share that she had dies 2.5 months ago.

Dr. Vincent was, as always, cheerful, attentive, and thorough. She's so easy to talk over all of my concerns! I love visiting with her!

This was one of the best primary care visits I've ever had. I felt like my provider, and the nurse really listened to me and my concerns.

The phone system is awful. I called several times prior to appointment and each time got the answering service. Each time I was "transferred" my call was disconnected. I had to go to office to get info I was looking for

BP by nurse was taken too quickly to be accurate, but she was willing to take it again. And Dr. Vincent followed up with an even more accurate reading. I felt good about my visit, felt heard by a very capable provider.
