It's not highly recommended, as it says, for friends and family, since he gives a lot of attention to you, he also gives explanations of what you're talking about and always pays close attention, and that's a very good thing because the health treaty has to be approved.

Dr Malm and team are amazing. I really hope you have a retention plan so we don't lose him as you have lost the last two primary care providers my son has had.

It was my physical and Dr. Malm covered everything from top to bottom, was very thorough with the entire exam, and also made some suggestions to me to help me going forward.

[redacted] I feel so comfortable with him. And he's very thorough. He makes sure I'm all right. He does tests, you know, he takes blood and everything, makes sure I'm all right. So he takes the blood, he makes sure the tests go all right. You know, the guy, the guy's a good man. And he's very thorough. He doesn't sit back and play games. He does, he takes care of me. I feel very comfortable and I feel good with him. I'm not worried, I feel good with this doctor. This guy is good and he's a good doctor. I mean, he don't screw around. He does the right thing. And he's a gentleman, a real good guy. It's like I'm seeing family. He makes me feel that comfortable. It's like I'm seeing one of my relatives. [redacted]

I'd like to see Dr. Malm and we get along fine and we have a good understanding and a good relationship.

Dr. Carl Malm, it's always good. He answered all the questions correctly. I'm sorry, not answered all the questions. All the questions I had for him, he was very informative. He made sure that I got everything I needed. I went for FMLA. He went over all the paperwork thoroughly. All across the board, 100%, I give him a 10.

He is an excellent doctor, and his approach helps one understand him easily. I really like how he asks questions and communicates well. Even though he is a young person, he knows a lot and understands a lot, and he tries to understand his patients. The only thing is that he doesn't speak my language, Spanish, and that makes it a little challenging.

The day that I came in with my child to see Dr. Carl Malm was the first visit and I have to say he is definitely an asset to your company. He's amazing with children. I was very pleased and I am definitely happy that Dr. [redacted] who retired, gave us Dr. Malm as a referral because I am very pleased and I cannot wait to continue care for my child with this provider. Good professional Doctor Easy to talk to Shows concern and excellent medical care and advice

I was ill and my pcp wasn't available. I was able to see Dr. Malm and he was very nice, showed compassion and gave me a better understanding of what I was experiencing. A value to the MGH Everett community.
