This was my annual visit. The visit was very business like with no real conversation about how I am doing. The exam although thorough was done in a cursory manner She was excellent in pointing out a couple of appointments that I had not kept

Dr. Spencer is an amazing doctor. She makes you feel seen and heard as an actual person and not just as the next task to get through (like my last PCP did). She asked about my life overall and not just medical issues and she is very easy to talk to, never felt judgmental.

I love my PCP !

Dr. Spencer is focused and efficient during the limited time she is allowed. She is knowledgeable and thorough, and I feel comfortable asking questions and sharing what's on my mind. The office staff were friendly and welcoming, and the phlebotomist and MA were also exceptional.

Dr. Spencer is always very thorough, and she explains everything well. In addition, she asks if I have any questions or concerns. She listens to me attentively and responds thoughtfully.

Dr. Spencer is EXCELLENT and she is exactly the type of provider MGB should be doing everything in their power to retain. It's very discouraging seeing the rate at which primary care providers are fleeing the system for concierge medicine. The brand of primary care at MGB is flailing as a result.

I was happy with my visit

I am so happy with my PCP. She is clearly an expert practitioner. She is a great communicator, responsive to issues and includes me in decision making. A+ is the rating I would give her.

The provider discussed my problems and listened to my concerns carefully. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully and we agreed on a plan of action. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Dr. Spencer was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was thorough with her exam. She acknowledged my work situation and was supportive with arranging follow-up appointments. After testing was completed she reached out to me to share the results.

Dr Spencer has been my PCP since she joined and created the Bullfinch practice. I have been extremely happy with all of her care and recommendations of whatever testing she has ordered. I was happy to see that Dr. Spencer has become the Director of this ever growing practice and she continues to recruit excellent doctors into this group. In cases where Dr. Spencer is not available on short notice I have been assigned to other doctors in the practice who have been excellent.

I appreciated her spending time with me and not rushing me.

Hi. Dr. Spencer, who I saw, is not my normal provider. It was an urgent visit, and she asked all the questions and got down to things, ordered an X-ray and blood work, and then got back to us right away to say we needed to go to an emergency room. And she really worked hard to reach us, and she was just really great. So I just wanted to say that.

Dr. Spencer asked some questions of me that I hadn't thought about. And I really appreciated her insight into some issues that I was having. So for that, I am ever grateful.
