Dr. Carina O'Neill is one of a kind. She treated me with respect, compassion and spent more time than allotted for my visit. Her expertise with diagnosis and treatment was exemplary. I can't thank her enough for the care she provided me at this visit.

Dr. O'Neill was very interested in what I had to say about my issues for seeing her. She asked me many questions about my issues which guided me to the questions I had for her. She explained, in detail, the answers to my questions. I did not feel rushed -- I felt she was very relaxed with me which helped with my "first visit" nerves. I've been searching for real help for over 10 years, and I don't say this lightly when I say that meeting Carina O'Neill truly changed something in me. Over the years, I've seen countless doctors, specialists, and pain clinics. I've had just about every injection you can imagine. What stood out to me before I even met her was that multiple doctors, all from different buildings and institutions, independently told me the same thing, "If anyone can help you, it's her." That alone says everything. From the moment I met Dr. O'Neill at Spaulding in Braintree, I felt something I haven't felt in a very long time... I truly felt seen. She didn't rush me. She didn't talk over me. She didn't treat me like a chart, a case, or a number. She treated me like a human being who has been carrying pain for a very long time. Her empathy was immediate and genuine. She spoke to me gently, listened fully, and truly validated everything I've been experiencing for years. The injections themselves were unlike anything I've ever had, and that's saying a lot. (I've had hundred maybe even thousands of injections over the years) She was able to inject in places no other doctor has ever addressed, areas I didn't even realize could be treated because no one else had the experience or confidence to go there. I felt relief right away, and in the days following I've noticed slow, meaningful progress, the kind of progress that brings real hope. But more than the physical relief, what has stayed with me is knowing that she truly cares. I can tell that no matter what, she will do everything in her power to help me. That kind of care is rare. After a decade of feeling dismissed, minimized, or overlooked, she made me feel like a person again. I now completely understand why she's talked about the way she is, why doctors across New England know her name, and why she's the one they send their hardest cases to. One visit was enough to see it clearly. Carina O'Neill is extraordinary. Without question, Carina O'Neill has put Spaulding Rehabilitation in Braintree on the map. I am beyond grateful I found my way to her, and for the first time in years, I feel hopeful.

Holy moly - after almost 11 years with chronic daily headaches I finally felt like someone genuinely listened and heard what I was saying. Dr. O'Neill took time with interventions same-day instead of having to schedule time to come back and I have been mostly headache free since my visit for the first time in the last 10+ years. I am looking forward to continuing with Dr. O'Neill in hopes she can help maintain mostly headache-free days, I am so, so, so thrilled our paths crossed (which is also thanks to the amazing BWH neuro attending I saw at the main campus who referred me).

Dr. O'neill helped me three or four years ago putting me in touch with the head neurosurgeon at the Brigham for a cervical fusion. She has access to the very top people. She couldn't be better. I have been to her many times in between for trigger point injections, etc., etc. And now I'm seeing her for something seriously wrong and she's ordered an MRI.

The provider was knowledgeable about my health conditions and also inquired about my family history. A detailed examination was performed on my legs. Treatment options were discussed and tried out. Consideration was made for my medical conditions and preference and needs. A treatment plan was given.

Totally enjoy the experience of going and seeing Dr. O'neill. The experience was great. The doctor was great. My only reason why I didn't give 10s is because the fact that I went from my primary care doctor to this doctor because I needed PT. All this doctor said was, yes, you need PT. So I know it's the system. It wasn't her. She was great. But I don't think I should have had to go spend $45 copay and my time to go to this doctor saying, yes, I need PT. when we already knew I needed PT.

From the receptions and staff to the nurses and doctors they were great!! They made me feel comfortable and showed such compassion!! Ive been telling everyone that needs these services to definitely come here!!

Dr. Carina was incredibly kind, patient and informative. She went above and beyond to get me in for an x-ray before the office closed for the holiday. She got back to me immediately after results. I would refer everyone to her!

I was very happy with Dr. O'neill herself. She had ordered two tests, said that her staff would take care of it and call me that same afternoon. Well, it took one, two, they didn't, and it took one, two, three, four business days for them to get back to me, even though I called at one point. That's the only thing that kind of annoyed me because I've been trying to get this taken care of for three years. But the provider herself was very good.

Hi, Dr. Carina O'neill has been the best doctor who saved my life after going from hospital to hospital, specialty to specialty, with no one realizing what was going on with me. I was on my way to be paralyzed after four years of back-to-back doctors, seeing different doctors having all kinds of procedures, injections, medication. And Dr. O'neill figured out what was wrong with me the first day that I met her. I think she should teach, if possible, all these other physicians how to better understand the healthcare system or how to listen to patients, how to know what they're talking about and doing and observing the pain and the issues that people are having. I definitely will recommend any doctor to follow her. to listen to her and take her advice because I definitely appreciate it.
