Dr Hernandez was great! I was so impressed by her knowledge and explanations. She really listened and knew what course of actions to take. I felt safe, heard, cared for and that I found the best dr for me.

First The Medical Assistant Was Awesome. The Best I Have Ever Had With Going Over Things And Getting The Information That Was Needed. Doctor Hernandez Is Truly Amazing. I Am So Grateful For Her Help. But She Was Kind, Caring, Understanding And Willing To Work With Me. She Explained Everything Wonderfully And Her Idea Of How The Treatment Plan Would Be Was Done To Help Me Get The Best Possible Care. She Was Even Willing With Me Being Okay With It To Do An Allergy Challenge To See If I Was Still Allergic To The Medication Which I Have Never Done Or Been Offered To Do. She Is A Brilliant Doctor And Brigham And Women's Is So Lucky To Have Her.

It would have been helpful if provider had given me a heads up that appointment, that she was running behind and that it was going to take a while to be seen. Otherwise, it left me wondering what was going on.

This provider was great. She explained everything incredibly well and made sure that I was on board and comfortable with every step of the process. She also reassured me that there would be further help of needed after the testing completed. She was wonderful and made me first appointment much more comfortable.
