Dr. Mcentire did an excellent job listening to my concerns and relieving any fears that I had. He was also very thorough to make sure that there were no issues that we didn't uncover, period. Also, his approach of coming to meet me in the lobby and escort me back is a nice touch that it seems like MassGen does across the board, or at least that department, and that makes a difference.
