I made the appointment to find out if I was on the right medications for depression. Dr. Kim did make a change and I have a follow up scheduled. He also checked to make sure I don't have more serious issues.

Dr. Kim was attentive and kind. We had a wide-ranging conversation about my treatment history and goals for the future. He gathered a lot of useful information from me and I felt quite comfortable sharing with him. [redacted]

Dr Kim has always been friendly and kind. His knowledge of medications and mental health issues are excellent. I have been seeing him for almost 1 1/2 years and will continue to have him as my psychopharmacologist. He has reassured me and supported me throughout my time with him.

I would like to say that Dr. Kim has incredible empathy and the first time I went to see him in person, my MART ride, which is a MassHealth ride, was running late. I called his office and he took the time to see me even though I was running late and he understood how much anxiety that took. I mean, how anxious I was as a result. And every other time I've seen him since, He's been nothing but informative about medications, understanding my history, and talking about goals that we're setting. And I really appreciate it.

I came for the lab/blood draw so may of these questions don't apply BUT I gave positive answers because I had a great experience and my phlebotomist had magic fingers (the least painful procedure in a long time and I am having blood drawn weekly these days! Glad I didn't go to NWH's main lab today).
