Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience during my visit. [redacted] his attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. He refused to follow through with what my primary care provider had ordered and made me feel dumb for asking questions or advocating for my care. I left feeling unheard, belittled, and extremely dissatisfied. Overall, I did not enjoy my visit at all. [redacted]

Sometimes I find it very disrespectful; I hang up on the girl who was translating for me without her having finished speaking.

My experience at that clinic was very positive. What I liked most is that they always explore all options to arrive at a correct diagnosis, and when they need to refer a patient to a specialist, they do so immediately, prioritizing the patient's well-being over their own diagnosis.

I saw Dr. Stone 8 years ago for a number of years. My experience was positive. But I discontinued allergy shots since I was traveling, caring for elderly parents, and dealing with severe eye problems (unrelated to the allergies). In any event, I have returned since I now have asthma. I feel confident in Dr. Stone's (and the nurses') abilities.

Dr. Stone was great - very easy to talk with and thorough.

I was impressed with the amount of time that the doctor spent with me. We went over everything carefully, and he seemed determined to help me find out what was wrong.

I was greeted promptly at the front desk and was seen in a timely manner

I was disappointed in the discussion. I felt he had an agenda, not knowledge. I did not feel he was interested in my experience as much as his "rules" for diagnosis. I felt dismissed and there was no need for me to ask my list of questions, as he was not open to any dialogue except his "rules". [redacted]
