He listened well, was kind and discerning. He was friendly and humorous at times. He knew my problem and was clear and open in the process of developing a treatment plan! I feel well cared for!

Great experience

I don't know why, but my phone never rang. So he called on my wife's line and I was able to talk to him on her phone.

Dr. Koplan is a very caring, patient-centered, personable provider. I have the upmost confident in his clinical judgment and skills. The very best.

This was a wonderful experience start to end. The appointment started early because I was early, the doctor appeared after about one minute after the nurse left. This usually never happens in my experience. Dr Koplan was excellent at communicating and listening. Scheduling our follow up was easy. Overall a great conversation.

I don't think I have zoom. It worked but I think you should install zoom fot the virtual visits.

Dr Bruce Koplan is one of the best doctors, if not the very best, that I have ever dealt with, and I am [redacted] years old. That's a lot of doctors. He spent an inordinate amount of time with me to explain all my options, and all the risk/benefit statistics involved, and I truly appreciate that.

I have been with him for a long time and it is just a check up. We talk over the medicines and all.

Excellent patient experience

It was my first visit with Dr. Koplan, and I was grateful to have had the appointment moved two weeks earlier than the original date. He was on time and very congenial and understood my concerns about my A-fib condition. Thus he scheduled me for a procedure less than two weeks later. He was realistic in discussing the success rate, but I am optimistic it will help me.
