The Dr was extremely thorough and professional, extremely knowledgeable and explained things in great deal and I would highly recommend Dr Burgess!

I made the appointment with dr Burgess because I was having an ear issue that seemed quite similar to one I had in the fall of 2022. In 2022 I had 2 visits to MGH Brigham ( urgent care and assistant to my primary care ) that yielded no improvement. 8 frustrating weeks later I went to Dr Burgess who did a thorough exam , vacuumed out my ear where she found a significant infection and a small piece of cotton. I left the office feeling significant relief and the meds she gave me cleared the problem over the next week. When the seemingly exact same problem came back a couple of weeks ago I felt I needed to see the doctor who fixed it the first time. They made an extra effort to get me in quickly ( same day in fact ). Dr Burgess did an exam, found similar infection, vacuumed out my ear ( this time no cotton). I got the same med and am nearing the end of the 7 days and am mostly clear now.
