Dr Mastromarino is very nice and listens well.

I feel like she didn't offer any suggestions for my questions or my concerns. I had 5 questions and she didn't give me any direct options or answers. Every answer she gave was either "vague" or "there isn't really an answer for it".

She was very good

Excellent customer service at the check in desk. Easy form to complete ahead of visit. Dr. was timely in arriving.

So I had something that was noted in my chart several months ago that was never discussed with me, you know, a diagnosis that had been made. And so I brought it up with this care provider and she didn't make a great explanation for what was going on and I had to do a lot of outside research. [redacted]

She was excellent; that's all that I can say.

I think the doctor I saw could work a bit on her bedside manner. I would have benefited from a little more compassion and more clear/direct verbal communication.

This provider specifically didn't spend any more than about 10 minutes with me. It was my second OB appointment during my first pregnancy. And we were just expecting a lot more information and a lot more guidance in terms of what was happening at this stage of my pregnancy, what we should be doing, if anything differently, what we could expect over the next couple of weeks. She basically came in and let us hear the baby's heartbeat. asked us if there was anything we wanted to talk about and then left. [redacted]

I really like the way she talked to me in words I could understand. She gave me different options and gave me her opinion as to what she felt would be best. I really liked that and she listened very well.
