I saw two providers--one did the hearing tests. She was totally appropriate and made things easy to follow, without treating me like I didn't know anything. The second was the MD, who was the same and very helpful in offering advice on next steps.

I appreciated Dr. Park's approach to our discussion, particularly that he would ask for permission to talk openly and frankly. I was in the ER with a serious issue and the ER doctor called the ENT department to see if there was anyone available to see me for a bloody nose that needed to be treated urgently. Dr. Park was very kind to see me at such short notice. It was not an easy treatment and he was very thorough in this treatment and very concerned for my well being. The staff was wonderful. My appointment was made during a telephone call during which I was on the West Coast. I entered the appointment into my phone's calendar for the correct time- but the phone automatically entered it for Pacific time, instead of Eastern time. A couple of weeks later, I arrived 3 hours late for my appointment. The staff worked me in among the other appointments so I did not have to come back. I really appreciated their efforts!

Very good appointment, started 15 minutes early as I was there, Dr Park, was very thorough and knew my previous history. With the AI method communication I could understand what he was looking at and the result, the exam moved quickly and he suggested to do a short scope in the office to get more information on my sore throat which went fine, I wanted to get to the bottom of this, he found some things of possible concern and suggested a MRI to confirm which the office scheduled two days later. overall I got more information and felt we made progress on the cause of my sore throat that my other doctor and primary care were missing
