Friendly, doesn't talk down to you, very helpful, didn't feel like I wasted my time and better than most doctors that I have seen.

Dr. Jacobson is trying unique techniques to understand where my problems come from. He is very kind, and genuinely cares.

Dr. Jacobson was very prompt, he had questions about a serious surgery I had over the winter. Dr. Jacobson was personable and remembered me from my previous endoscopy. I'm glad to see that he will be my gastroenterologist for the next procedure in 2 years. The facility in Waltham is clean and easy to find the parking garage to the drs office.

I was incredibly impressed by Dr. Jacobsen. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He spent a lot of time preparing for our meeting, and then spent a lot of time with me talking about my issues. As he walked me down to his assistant [redacted] we passed a woman waiting in the hallway and he stopped and asked if she would like a chair. That level of kindness and thoughtfulness is very rare in this world.
