He acted like I was bothering him and that i was lying about my symptoms.

Dr. Law was fantastic in all ways. He totally understood my concerns and what I have been dealing with and his expertise was most apparent. My visit with him was like a breath of fresh air after many years of trying to find someone who was expert in this area. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

He took his time answering all my questions and offered very helpful information about my autoimmune condition and symptoms. He is very knowledgeable.

Quick, efficient and we covered everything

  • Reviewed on 11/14/2025

Dr. Law was as nice and thorough talking to me as he could possibly be. However, I didn't have any care because we decided it was not necessary for me to return. So all of these questions are not that pertinent. I spent very little time with any nurses. And so sometimes these calls are a waste of people's time, other than to say, did you have a good experience? Yes, I had a wonderful experience. I would go back in a minute if I thought I needed to. So thank you. Good night.

My provider was Dr. Brandon Law. He was outstanding in every respect, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive. I don't have on the tip of my tongue enough positive things or descriptions that come to mind. He was the best rheumatologist that I have seen bar none. He was very understanding, very helpful, made sure that I knew how to contact him if need be. It was excellent from the minute I got there until after I left and beyond. Thank you.

I am very, very pleased with seeing Dr. Brandon Law. I find him to be an expert in the field of Sjogren's. I think he is very caring and kind as a doctor. He takes a lot of time and listens very carefully to me as a patient. And I find that he is very sensible in his opinion. And I know that he is very knowledgeable on the subject of my autoimmune disease. So I am very, very pleased with Dr. Brandon, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. And I think he is just top-notch, and I'm very lucky to be his patient.

I really felt listened too and given enough time to discuss all my concerns. I think Dr. Law is an exceptional physician and caregiver.

  • Reviewed on 8/21/2025

Dr. Law is the kindest rheumatologist I have ever seen. I've been referred to rheumatology many times throughout my life, and it has always been a miserable experience where I was made to feel like I was dramatic and wrongfully taking up the doctor's time. Dr. Law was kind and empathetic, and seemed to genuinely care about the autoimmune-like symptoms that have plagued me throughout my life. He really made me feel heard and validated, and I cannot overstate how important that is to me. Dr. Law is fantastic.

  • Reviewed on 8/21/2025

Dr. Law was very thorough, personable, and thoughtful. He listened very carefully to what I had to say and made suggestions based on my replies. He was already up to speed on my case even though this was the first time I was seeing him. I would highly recommend him.

  • Reviewed on 7/25/2025

Dr. Law was extremely knowledgeable about my disease and about the future options that I had available to me. He gave me great information going forward. He also had all of my history and was up to date on my records that I had sent to him. He spent a lot of time with me. and was very kind and compassionate.

Talk to Law is very approachable and nice person and he listens to all my questions and provide the best answer he possibly can

  • Reviewed on 6/25/2025

Dr. Law was thorough, clinically competent, explained things clearly, relaxed and knew much about Sjogren's disease, which is why I saw him. He was most helpful, although, given the "state of the art", not much can be done for some of my symptoms.

  • Reviewed on 6/25/2025

He listened, was thorough, kind, easy to explain things to, made a great game plan going forward. I was impressed by everything at my appointment and all of the staff.

  • Reviewed on 6/6/2025

I appreciate how thorough Dr. Law was and how he's leaving no stone unturned to find out what I have going on. And he didn't automatically assume it was because I was a female or anxiety or anything like that. He honestly believes my symptoms and that there's something we need to discover.

  • Reviewed on 6/6/2025

I'm really glad to be Dr. Law's patient. I really appreciate the time he spends to talk with me, to explain my condition, to offer a variety of hypotheses regarding assessment and diagnosis. He's incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind. Unfortunately, I've had some not so good experiences with providers in rheumatology at Mass General, but Dr. Law is like, he's so talented and he's experience with him is very, very different than those other appointments. So really appreciate his professionalism, his thoughtfulness, his knowledge, expertise, and like I said, the amount of time and the amount of information he so generously offers.
