When I arrived 1/2 hr. earlier as requested, no one at reception told me to go to X-Ray, therefore, I waited until my appointment time, then had to go to X-Ray and wait before getting the X-Ray then finally see the doctor so the whole appointment took over an hour longer than it should have.

Dr Earp is the consummate profession-- complete and efficient.

She was awesome! Did full exam of my hands and explained things in a way that I could understand. She listened to me when I talked about my history and concerns.

This was my second visit to Dr. Earp. As in my previous visit, she explained what needed to be done in a easily understandable way. She also took the time to answer all the questions I had written down. Could not ask for more.

Unfortunately the injection is not working....probably going to need SX on the finger as previously done. Hurts more NOW than before the injecyion.....

The provider was familiar with my past medical records. She explained to me the condition of my shoulders and suggested getting an mri to further evaluate any damage that's not visible with an xray. I feel that I'm in good hands with this provider.

I've been a patient of Dr. Earp for several years now, I think four years, and she's always delightful, professional, understanding, and she's just fun to be with, and she knows what she's talking about, and I look forward to seeing her, and she knows what she's doing, and I feel like I'm in good hands for whatever condition I'm seeing her for. Due to the late start, Dr. Earp did not have time to discuss what she observed on physical exxam or what she might want to do in the future. I expect these things will be addressed when she gets the result of an EMG.

I saw this person for pre-surgical exam so I don't know how my rating might differ after I've had the surgery. So far everyone on this team has been helpful and responsive to my questions.

Doctor was excellent and treated me well. She was running an hour behind schedule. As a physician myself I understand that this can happen. She did not go into my whole history as my visit was related to a specific problem (trigger finger) and it was dealt with very well.

Well, for me, I always, always advise and recommend to my family and friends that the Fauner service is a private clinic, like in our country, the best. I recommend them because they are some, when you arrive at the emergency room, they send you inside from the moment you arrive. It feels like you're not sick, like it's like celebrating a party in the sense that you find the staff very happy, very attentive, always attending to you quickly throughout the entire emergency, all the services that an emergency should cover. Those people are excellent. I don't even know how to express the joy and the treatment of life.

I didn't leave with or see on patient Gateway aftercare notes. I had to send a request in for the over-the-counter medication that the doctor mentioned.

Based on the recent x-rays , she did relevant measurements and maneuvered my hand and wrist, asking questions and checking with me about my pain and concerns. She could then explain to me clearly why surgery was not indicated at this point but why though there was no guarantees, Occupational Therapy could likely help restore the functionality of movement in my wrist and hand to a level approximate to my pre-accident capacity.

She did not discuss any Physical Therapy that might help alleviate pain now and into the future, and I forgot to ask about this. I was asked if I wanted a brace for my thumb but not exercises to alleviate the pain.

The doctor was running late, actually over and hour late. The receptionist explained the situation and suggested I leave for awhile and return. Although I had to wait, the situation was handled well. The doctor was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. She was worth the wait.

I wish I didn't have to wait an hour and 15 minutes for my appointment. I had to pay extra for parking.

Dr. Earp first performed a thorough exam for my condition and then provided a detailed explanation of the cause while showing X-ray and MRI. She also went through the options that are available for the treatment. I came to her for a second opinion due to my first doctor suggested surgery without trying other options. Dr. Earp's opinion was to try other options prior to surgery.

Feedback for Dr. Earp. Everything went very smoothly. My only comment is I never got results on the x-ray. So I really liked her and I thought she was very thorough. I am traveling and I may have missed that on my email if she did send the results on the and x-ray. Also, she said somebody from her office would be calling me for an EMG, and I haven't received that call yet. That's it.

Dr. Earp is always kind and professional. She always greets her patients with a smile and asks how they are doing. Dr. Earp is very knowledgeable and knows 110% what she is doing.

Dr. Earp has done a great job for me. My shoulder is almost as good as new. (It is impossible to restore a broken shoulder to full functionality.)
