I was seen on time. I appreciated her knowledge of my echocardiograms and MRIs. She answered a number of questions which could not be answered by physicians at Bay State Medical Center in Springfield. She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and my wife and I both have been in the medical field. I'm a retired biomedical engineer and my wife is a professor emeritus of molecular and cellular biology. Dr. Shin was phenomenal and we appreciate her and also the residents she had with her.

Visit was a consult, I appreciated Seeing everyone in one day and didn't have to go into Boston multiple times
