The provider was ill so I received a phone call the day before arranging for a virtual visit. The provider called me promptly at the agreed upon time the next day. We had a thorough discussion and afterwards she made some dietary changes that would be of benefit to me. She also scheduled me for some blood work that I can have done at my next appt. in about aa week. After that blood work is done then my annual infusion can be scheduled. I was very pleased with our interaction and appreciated the time she took to explain everything and chart a treatment plan that not only made sense but was considerate of my time.

My experience was very good with the provider. She did tell me that she was going to have someone reach out to me regarding making an appointment for an infusion. I haven't heard from anybody since then. That's the only thing I have to say.

Dr Zahedi listened carefully to what I had to say, she asked thoughtful questions and we developed a plan going forward for my care. As I had an unusual medical history/condition I was so relieved to feel that I was in good hands with a provider who was both caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Zahedi is wonderful. She's extremely knowledgeable about the complex issues of osteoporosis/osteopenia and treatments, very thoughtful and patient. I felt she listened carefully to my concerns and patiently addressed all of the questions I had, gave me a lot of valuable information, and has continued to provide information after our visit. I have some complicating co-morbidities so having a doctor who thinks carefully about me as an individual, and the best option given my circumstances is incredibly important.

I was extremely happy that we decided to go with infusion vs pills. Since the doctor told me that a side effect of the pill option can be acid reflux, that is a bad option for me.

This was an amazing visit. Dr. Z treated me with respect, listened to me and asked excellent questions. I felt heard and seen which was a welcome change after my experience with a different provider three years ago. I wasn't rushed, good explanations were given for her follow up treatment as well as suggestions for ways to get more Vitamin D3 and Calcium in my diet. It was an excellent experience. Dr Zahedi is great. I can't say enough good things about her! The nurse who came to get me wasn't someone I had much confidence in. She couldn't pronounce any of the meds I take or seem familiar with them. When we left the open area where she asked me questions about my meds on a computer, I got the distinct feeling she left my info up on the screen for anyone to see.
