Dr. Melo is the best!

She listened very well and came up with solutions to help me with some problems.

She is very caring of how I am feeling and making sure my health will stay as good as possible

I'm still a fairly new patient for Dr. Melo, but she's made me feel very comfortable in the year or so that I've been seeing her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new doctor.

My provider answered specific questions I had for her in a way that made sense and I could understand. We had conversations about what my health concerns were and what her questions were after she had reviewed my chart. We had a very respectful conversation about both our concerns and figured out a plan for moving forward.

I love Dr. Melo. She is thorough, communicative, professional and a lovely person.

Dr. Melo is very thorough, very caring, very warm, and I have a lot of confidence in her.

I think this dr is very caring but perhaps focuses too much on mental health. In my experience she has tried to make a bigger deal about the fact that my medical history says I have anxiety. It seems to be the most important thing to her and makes me uncomfortable. I think she is following with the trend in trying to destigmatize mental health issues but is in fact doing the opposite for me and has made me feel on more than one occasion, labeled, and like she sees me as having a major mental illness, when I don't. I have never sought treatment for anxiety from her or even brought it up as a concern.

Dr. Melo had some big shoes to fill as I was a patient of Dr. [redacted] for many years. My appointment was an in-take appointment, but Dr. Melo did not disappoint. She was thorough, we discussed a number of issues and made plans for several changes and needed testing. I was delighted to meet her and realize what a caring physician she is.

The provider is pleasant. We discussed getting updated tetanus shot, however, it wasn't administered. Looks like the provider completely forgot about, the nurse didn't show up either to do the shot.
