He is not my usual provider in the office. I was very impressed they got me in to be seen on the same day I called, rather than going to an urgent care.

He does not listen to me and I only had seen him once last May and he just doesn't pay attention.

He was very thorough. Although he didn't hear any crackling or wheezing in my lungs he ordered an X Ray. It turned out I had pneumonia. It was great to get on antibiotics as soon as possible.

This was my annual Medicare visit, so there is an agenda and a script to cover. Having said that, My PCP answered all my questions and even treated and gave me a prescription for a UTI I was having. I really liked the fact that my Provider went through my whole medical history, Rx history, and when I was due for Preventative care such as Mammogram, Colonoscopy, vaccine history etc,.... It felt like I had a plan in place to stay healthy and to keep my quality of life active. The Medical Assistant was very kind and professional, listened to my concerns and made a connection with me.
