This office is exceptionally run. I was able to schedule my appointments within days of my request. Everyone there is friendly, supportive, and very communicative. The atmosphere is warm and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Leopold. She was respectful and professional, straight to the point, but wasn't rushing me. My only very slight complaint would be that when she entered the room, she said hello and that it was nice to meet me, but I have actually seen her twice before. So that was a little funny feeling. But other than that, Dr. Leopold did everything right and I really, really appreciated her time. Thank you.

Made to feel totally comfortable

This provider has made me the most comfortable out of any other provider I've seen. She made me feel safe, heard, and kept the atmosphere light and comfortable. Wouldn't want to see anyone else here!

Initial bedside manner felt rushed and brusque, with no introduction or eye contact, but it became clear that the provider both was familiar with my medical history and had some experience with the treatment modalities for my chronic conditions - which most providers are not. I appreciated that she asked at the end if I had additional questions.

She was very professional. She was also very caring and compassionate. She told me everything she was doing step by step. Made sure to check in with me to see if I was ok. I would definitely recommend her.

Best OBGYN experience I've ever had

I felt that although she seemed knowledgeable, she also kind of disregarded my general energy and feeling about the being in menopause and I felt that she wasn't paying close enough attention to the fact that I was feeling emotional about it. [redacted] she was looking at statistics and information like that, but not really paying attention to my own perspective.

Dr. Leopold is my favorite doctor ever. She is incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a gynecologist.

Meeting Beth was not the typical intake as getting a new obgyn on board was imperative to my recently diagnosed and pressing medical issues. Given the situation, Beth was amazing at jumping onto the moving train that is my current medical adventure. I'm looking forward to working with her.

Very goof

I have been seen and treated by Dr. Leopold over the last year and a half. I am very pleased with how the two of us are getting to understand my condition/concerns and built a cooperative doctor/patient relationship. Her friendly, direct and respectful communication manner has built a mutual trust ...most appreciated!

I just wanted to elaborate on the reason why I rated a three earlier. It was about whether my care provider knew about my previous health history. And the only reason why she didn't was because I am seeing her through a different hospital system than the one that I've previously been seeing. So she wasn't able to access my charts through the other hospital. Other than that, I had a fabulous experience the entire time basically at the office. and I'm very happy with the care I've received. Thank you.

She's Fantastic! I have a very complicated medical history and multiple health issue, which has/can become overwhelming, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for her. During my last visit, I had a lot going on with old and some new health concerns, she patiently and attentively listened to everything I was worried about, even my symptoms that don't pertain to her specialty, and she was more than willing to help/guide me in the right direction to figure out what's goin on and things that might help.

This was my first appointment with basic routine care, but I liked Dr Leopold and assume she and the rest of the practice will be responsive and caring when I need it based on the treatment I received in this first visit. I very much appreciated the quick appointment time. I expected to wait 6 to 8 months as a new patient, this was within 30 days of my call. Excellent option for those of us waiting for months in Springfield area for a well woman exam.
