My experience with the hospital and the doctor who treated me, with the nurse, from reception onwards, was excellent. In fact, of all the time I've been in America, whenever I've needed good medical care, I consider this one of the best medical experiences I've ever had in my life. So, all the nurses, from reception... from the receptionist, through the nurses, doctors, surgeons who have treated me. They are all excellent, excellent. I have nothing to complain about, only gratitude.

He was recommended to me from my heart doctor that is no longer there. And of course, he met every expectation that I thought he would in true Brigham and Women's style. He was very good and he understands what's going on and I'm very pleased with it.

Dr. Bikdeli has such a good manner and always makes me feel comfortable when talking to him. He always listens if I have concerns, and responds accordingly. It is such a pleasure to have him as my cardiologist.

Dr. Bikdeli spent a lot of time with me while being respoectful of his next patient's appointment. I appreciated that as it is nice not being kept waiting long. He already had looked at my chart carefully as he knew a lot of my history but still wanted to know from me why I was there and what was bothering me. He was also very thorough in both the physical exam and the intake questioning. He gave me several options for the next step and explained them all carefully. Finally, he was very respectful of me.

I feel Dr. Bikdeli really cares about watching out for my health and is concerned on anything that I'm concerned about. He's a very good doctor.

Everyone in the Department is very professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dr, Bikdeli. My husband has now changed his cardiologist to Dr. Bikdeli after we met with him the first time. Such a caring, knowledgeable - and so nice doctor.

Dr. Bikdeli spent quite a bit of time during the office visit and then follow-up was fantastic. He not only follow up with phone calls but with messages through patient gateway and was responsive even over the holidays, holiday weekends. It was fantastic. He was great. He was great. I'm glad I got to see him.

Very thorough and informative

Dr. was very amicable and informative. I am so glad to have been able to get an appointment with him. I feel taken care of now and with hopes of improving my health.

He is the best of the best: within minutes, he honed in on the problematic issue, explained it thoroughly, and illustrated the cause using enhanced images of my CT scan. No one else had been able to discern the issue. Dr. Bikdeli is a strong asset to Brigham & Women's Vascular Center. He brings not only great skill and knowledge, he brings warmth and compassion to his field of expertise.

Dr. Bikdeli has been my provider for a couple of years now, and he has shown great support and concern for my overall health, and I really appreciate it. And I think we have developed a very good rapport, and I think he is sincere, and he knows a great deal about my health and various options that perhaps is available. And I'm looking forward to continuing to have the relationship and his guidance at this time.

He was excellent, but getting an appointment at the Brigham is terrible. My follow up is supposed to be in 6 months. Since he is so busy, the next appointment is 9 months. This is a real problem at the Brigham. I trained there and it is a shame that there aren't enough physicians to see patients in a timely manner.
