Yes, Dr. El-Hassan was empathetic, listened carefully, cared, but I would concentrate on empathetic, had an excellent sense of humor or good nature, I should say, and I was appreciative.

Dr Elhassan is a wonderful, kind and intelligent doctor. I was very lucky to have had him as my surgeon. I have referred many patients to him for consultations and surgery. They too feel the same about his professionalism, knowledge explaining why type of surgery he recommended and al the details if it.

I have the ultimate respect and adoration for Dr Elhassan. Because of his knowledge and skills, I have my life back! He told me that my shoulder was worse case he had seen in over 10 years and that it was an extreme challenge. He had to move tendons and only God knows what else! It had dislocated three times during the surgery. Only he could get it right I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with him. I am forever grateful to him. Dr. Hassan is a thousand times better than my previous orthopedic surgeon there, John Warner. Dr. El-Hassan is kind, considerate, patient, conscientious of his patient's feelings, thoughts, time, fears, and inhibitions. Totally and completely on board with what the patient wants and needs and what they should get in his opinion. Dr. El-Hassan is down to earth and an exemplary, extremely exceptional surgeon. He's one of the nicest doctors that I've ever met and he's brilliant.

I cannot say enough for Dr.Elhassan. Since I had rib fixation surgery in 2018 I've had issues in my right arm with brachial plexus damage, leaving my entire arm, numb painful tingling, unable to have proper movement. Additionally, because of this I have two rotator cuff repairs a bicep tendinosis repair all of this is created a situation where I have little movement in my arm that doesn't create some sort of pain, numbness and discomfort. I've seen numerous types of doctors. Dr. Elhassan is the one and only Dr out of many who put all pieces of my shoulder anatomy together to come up with what seems like a very concrete plan to deal with a brachial plexus problem and how it specifically relates to the challenges up and down my arm into my hand to the point of actually pinpointing the exact location where the nerve damage, scar tissue, etc. exists. I will have surgery in the spring and I'm feeling very hopeful.

The first time visiting with the doctor and nurses , they all are professional and courteous

I had been to countless practitioners over 8 years and received a multitude of "diagnoses" that never really made sense or my chronic pain wasn't taken as seriously. Dr. Elhassan immediately identified my torn Rhomboid muscle. It's a hard and long recovery but I am so grateful I was referred to him as I am getting to the other side and starting to put them nagging pain behind me.
