While I feel I had a really good conversation with my primary caregiver, if seems that healthcare is moving in a 'hands-off' type of service : my PC did not listen to my breathing during this physical.

It would be helpful if I and the provider could easily see long-term trends for my test results. Although my Mass General account is linked to my Reliant and UMass Med accounts, the "trends" for my test results only show the last few or couple of values for tests taken in the Mass General system. It is very difficult and time consuming to go back to earlier visits at, e.g., Reliant, to see earlier test results.

Dr. Soar always listens to my concerns and I am not rushed. Explains everything .

The doctor had low affect-almost disinterested. I wasn't sure he was taking my concern seriously. It almost seemed he wasn't going to examine my shoulder and back and when he came in; I had my clothing on. I said I would need a Johnnie and he found one, left the room; I changed and he came back quickly. He then examined by back. He didn't see anything alarming and referred to the ultrasound I had in July. I did feel confident in his diagnosis, but the whole experience was poor for me. [redacted] Something was off with the whole experience-maybe something was happening in the office. [redacted]

He was good and nice even though I was a little nervous and it's my first time there.

I like Dr Soar, he is a very knowledgeable and thoughtful doctor. It's sometimes frustrating though that he doesn't see/doesn't remember my history from providers that are not on the epic system. [redacted]. That part is unfortunate because we have a limited time slot and he's being given information during our conversation vs before. From the patients perspective I'm not always feeling confident in our path forward. Again nothing bad to say about Dr Soar, it would just be a huge benefit to have the different EHR platforms talk to each other
