After leaving, I found two tests on my patient gateway that I have no idea what to do about.

This provider has been very helpful diagnosing and finding treatment for me.

Everything was fine and there'll be a follow up, probably in the next two or three months with a test. And then I'll probably see Dr. Chwalisz maybe in a year. So everything was fine.

It was specifically directed to my ongoing condition that is regularly examined, but present issues were also discussed and will be evaluated.

Unclear going forward as to correcting my issues. Dr made several reading suggestions. I get the impression that multiple doctors are assisting me but that there is no clear answer as to my constant fatigue.

It very difficult to assses what is going on without being in person. There great effort to discuss and create a plan of action.

I was happy to have an in-person appointment after meeting Dr. Chwalisz by zoom last year. Really makes a difference.

Dr. Bart was great. My only concern is the length of time it took me to get an initial appointment. Four months is far too long of a wait for a consultation. My disease has probably progressed more because of it.

During my 1-hour appontment with Dr. Chwalisz, he was very professional, caring and attentive.
