This was the second time I have seen Dr. Shea having been transferred to after Dr. [redacted]' departure from MGH. Truthfully, before my first appointment with Dr. Shea I was concerned since I had an extremely positive provide/patient relationship with Dr. [redacted]. I tend to be a little reserved and Dr. Shea put me at ease immediately. At this most recent appointment I was immediately relaxed, felt that Dr. Shea knows my case very well, and he gave me insights into managing it that I hadn't been given before. I am very comfortable and feel very safe with Dr. Shea as my clinician.

My provide is very patient and explains my disease with me. Understands my position and is agreeable. The only negative feedback is nurse who called me for vitals and walked way too fast around corners and I grew anxious trying to keep up as I wear oxygen. Last visit she was not welcoming.
