Dr. Voetsch is a very caring, patient and informative Specialist. She answers all questions, is very specific in her answers and is extremely personable. She answers all questions and gives great insight into those answers.

Dr. Voetsch is very empathetic, patient, detailed and thorough. She welcomes dialogue, probes more about any concerns, asks thorough questions, provides informative responses, sometimes to layman's terms that is never patronizing. She has a very calming & caring presence, is very personable. She is always very responsive (or her Nurse) to questions in the Patient Portal or will call when necessary. She is top notch in her field with knowledge, skill-set and expertise. My family trusts her wholeheartedly with her care and guidance. We are grateful she is my Mother's primary Specialist for Neurosurgery. I would highly recommend her care to anyone who needs this level of specialty.

I am very impressed with the the virtual visit and follow up report which was addressed to my PCP. I hope the PCP received it because for some unknown reason, the change of address didn't make it to this provider. I will make sure my PCP received the documents which were very thorough.
