There was some difficulty the provider had ordering an MRI and EEG to an external local that was not Brigham/MGH. I had to call the office and have them fax to the external location.

Excellent, no issues.

Very easy to talk to

Yes, so my meeting with the doctor was well-timed. We really didn't have, you know, in an hour, it was difficult to sort of go over an entire person's medical history, but I think we covered all the major points. I'm looking forward to meeting with her again to maybe go in depth or take a little bit of a deeper dive into that history and into a possible future action plan. So I'm looking forward to that. We have some differences of opinions in some areas. We don't ever seem to have enough time in our appointments for us to really talk through these subjects. This last appointment, however, Dr. Dworetzky gave me as much time as she could and that felt wonderful. Hopefully we will be able to have appointments closer together so we'll get better at understanding each other.

The first person, a nurse I think (BP, Oxygen, weight), was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Dr. DWORETZKY's expertise and thoroughness was greatly appreciated. I understand that she is extremely busy yet she still took the time needed to diagnose and advise me on a future course of care. She demonstrated professionalism and concern for myself and my husband.
