Yeah, I always have a good experience going to Boston and seeing these people there. They always treat me like a king and always polite, always courteous, kind. I think they're truthful with me. They don't seem to hide anything from me. They ask a lot of questions, pertinent questions, which is good. I really have no complaints at all. You got a great, great bunch of people working for you. My visit with this care provider was excellent. They were all very, very nice. Very nice. They listened to what I had to say. They explained everything and just comfort. You felt comfortable. You felt safe. You know, their mannerism was just excellent.

Provider had researched my history before even meeting with me. He took plenty of time to explain his thinking, review medications, and wrote for additional necessary tests. Questions were clearly answered.
