Hi, so there was a tiny technical glitch with one of the computer things. I thought the provider did an excellent job of getting it fixed and bringing in a technician to help with the thing. I'm actually impressed that a professional like that made the extra step and brought in a thing. And then he actually explained to me in a very clear, concise manner about why and what he did. I personally don't expect perfection, but I appreciated the professionalism and the way it was addressed and left feeling very confident that they did what they needed to do to make it work. So that was good.
