Both the OR nurse and Doctor were pleasant and professional. They were well organized, knowledgeable and focused. The did an excellent job on the procedure; doing the job quickly and with minimal negative effects.

I very much appreciated the time that Dr. Maganty gave to me during my recent appointment. I did not feel rushed, and felt that my concerns were very important to him. His expertise was impressive - he offered options for treatment and clearly spelled out the pros and cons of each. He ordered a follow-up x-ray and responded with the result within an hour after I had the x-ray. He also recommended a consultation with another specialist. The specialist's office called me within 24 hours of the referral. I feel well taken care of and that I can contact Dr. Maganty with any questions I have. I am pleased that my primary care doctor referred me to MGH Urology and Dr. Maganty.

Hi, so there was a tiny technical glitch with one of the computer things. I thought the provider did an excellent job of getting it fixed and bringing in a technician to help with the thing. I'm actually impressed that a professional like that made the extra step and brought in a thing. And then he actually explained to me in a very clear, concise manner about why and what he did. I personally don't expect perfection, but I appreciated the professionalism and the way it was addressed and left feeling very confident that they did what they needed to do to make it work. So that was good.
