This visit was intended to be a subspecialty rheum/derm clinic however the provider and resident were not remotely familiar with the significant rheum history, nor were they prepped to evaluate the concerns. They simply encouraged more medications to trial. They failed to consider my goals in being there. They walked in with far too many people although I was asked about a resident I was not informed that there would be 5 people in the room both the scribe and resident were sitting and typing through the entire visit. As a first time seeing this doctor I was really impressed. She and the attending fellowship doctor were very supportive and helpful. They listened to me and took their time to examine and discussing my concerns and symptoms. They did not rush and everything they did they explained to me about what their plan was. I left the appointment feeling relaxed and happy that doctors took my concerns seriously.

Dr. Lachance went above and beyond to think about the issues involved and her care and creative solution has made a huge difference to my well-being.
