This was the first visit with Dr. Mertens. She took over for Dr. [redacted]. Very easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. If she recommended something, I was asked if that would be okay. A good doctor.

I switched providers because mine was leaving for another location. My experience with this provider was awesome.

Dr. Mertens had taken a lot of time to review my situation, my case. I was seeing her as a transfer from my previous pulmonologist. She was very knowledgeable about what had gone on with me and talked to me about it and spent a good deal of time with me as a preliminary get to know a new patient. I really enjoyed the visit.
