Dr. Meeker and his technician saw me promptly and she performed a series of initial tests quickly and efficiently. He arrived on time and finished the exam, explained all the results to me, and answered my remaining questions. Overall it was a very smooth process and I felt that both of them listened to me and provided great care.

I thought everybody was very, very nice. The only thing that bothered me was the new medication that he was going to put me on. I didn't know anything about it and he didn't explain what it was going to do for me. That's about all. Everybody else was just wonderful. The doctor was very nice. Just that one thing completely bothered me, but I was very nervous and when I left I realized, you know, I didn't get that in because he was hurrying to finish and to leave the room. And that is all.

I was very happy with all the people involved with this appointment. There were a few glitches which were not a concern of the provider. It was a glitch with my getting to the Patriot Stadium. So I was very happy once I got there. I thought they were very helpful, very accommodating, and very thoughtful.

Dr. Meeker is professional and easy to talk with. I have great confidence in the care he has provided to me. I appreciate that he always ends the appointment with a reminder of what to watch for that might indicate a need for urgent care.

I found Dr. Meeker to be an exceptional doctor/surgeon. I have had two eye surgeries this year with him and could not be more pleased. My only complaint is there is a long wait when arriving for follow-up appointments. I had to wait a full hour to see him on my last appointment. Other than that, he and his staff a very respectful and professional.

Hello, Dr. Meeker at Mass Eye and Ear was absolutely fabulous. As far as I'm concerned, he's the best eye doctor around. And the people that work in the office with him administering the tests before I saw Dr. Meeker are extremely professional and also top-notch.

Dr. Austin Meeker is an amazing doctor. He's always kind, caring, very considerate. He works really hard and he pays close attention to the needs that need to be met. And he helps find really accurate solutions. And if there is a problem, he's more than willing to go out of his way to solve it. You should give him a raise and his entire staff a raise because he's probably one of the best doctors I've ever had. So just make sure you guys do that. Thank you.

Dr. Meeker was what i always hoped for from a medical provider. no pressure for a procedure. no recommendations for medication. PERFECT!! the profession may not think this is a good thing because it's not increasing the bottom line but from a patient point of view, it's exactly what i wanted to hear - a conservative approach

He is kind and explains things well. He follows up on. troubling symptoms.

Dr Meeker discusses all of the results of the extensive testing done by the medical assistant who was knowledgeable, courteous,and competent. Dr Meeker included me in the plan of care. I've referred people to Dr Meeker.

I have had two appts with Dr Meeker so far. Already I have complete trust in him. That, and the fact that he is a Mass Eye and Ear doctor seals the deal. I am sorry that I went through many years worrying about my eye health without going to the best.
