Very efficient listen to my concerns and explained everything

Dr Mazzocca is one of the best doctors I have seen in the past 20 years. He listened to my issues, explained what he saw on the X-rays, and carefully mapped out what he thought was the best plan for me. He quickly made referrals where he thought it was important. I would highly recommend Dr Mazzocca.

The doctor was experienced, he was knowledgeable, and gave me complete confidence in his ability to forecast the situation and tell me what the best thing to do was.

Dr Mazzocca was very kind and took time to ensure both my son and I were informed and comfortable with the plan. He out my son at ease right away with his energy and engaging personality.

Dr. Mazzocca listened carefully to my concerns, explained my treatment options clearly and respectfully, and allowed me to feel confident in my decision to enlist in his care.

This was my first visit with this doctor. I was satisfied with the appointment and the experience with the doctor, the administrative people and X-ray techs. I'm glad I booked my appointment here.

He spoke to me very rationally about my options and allowed me to ask what I needed to make an informed choice about next steps.

He was very professional and very easy to talk to. He did not rush the appointment and listened carefully to everything I had to say. He explained what he thought was going on with my shoulder and what the next steps would be. I can't say enough about the Waltham facility. There is never and issue with appts, staff or care. I wish all Mass Gen facilities were as well run as Waltham.

As always, Doctor Mazzocca gave me good advice about my shoulder, discussing its current state and plans for surgery in the Fall. He also ordered an MRI and I have a followup meeting scheduled.

Dr. Augustis Mazzocca introduced himself as Dr. Gus Mazzocca in a very comforting way, which immediately relaxed the nervousness I had meeting a new health provider for my ongoing issue. He was attentive in listening to my concerns and after reviewing my x-ray explained to me in a detailed manner what he observed and what would be the next course of action. I felt not rushed and empathy in his words and will follow his actions going forward. It was comforting in my belief I had made the correct choice for my shoulder issues.

When I called for an appointment, I was in a great deal of pain, and the Admin I spoke with saw my need and made room on Dr. Mazzocca's busy schedule later the same day. The process of dictation during my exam was a little off-putting. I understand the need for efficiency, but it was distracting.

This was the first time that I had met with Dr. Mazzocca. I was impressed with his laser focus on the history of my issue, the areas of my concern and his thoughts about what additional information he will need to complete his diagnosis. Very personable and comforting. I am most impressed.

Dr Mazzocca is the greatest! At my age, my chance of having a successful rotator cuff surgery is relatively low when one looks at the statistics. But with Dr. Mazzocca, I had a perfect recovery and my shoulder is as good as new! Maybe better! Plus, he's easy to talk to and really listens.
