I have been seeing Dr. Ananthakrishnan for several years. If I were displeased, I would change doctors. There was another doctor at the beginning of the appointment, whose name I do not recall, who was very pleasant and understanding also.

I was suffering from the effects of UC for almost two years before seeing Dr Ananthakrishnan. During this time I had seen four different Gastroenterologists. The last one was suggesting that I get a colonoscopy . Soon after seeing Dr A he correctly diagnosed my condition and within a few weeks I was in total remission. He gave me my life back.

I've been with Dr. Ananthakrishnan for a pretty long time. It's going to be going on 10 years. He's just the best, just a really super nice, super knowledgeable, very kind. Although my condition: Chronic Idiopathic Constipation does not have a cure, Dr Ananthakrishnan has been the very best doctor I have ever seen for this condition. I have been under Dr. Ananthakrishnan's care for my ulcerative colitis for nearly 10 years and find him to be highly attentive and skilled. He has a very pleasant bedside manner and is patient in explaining my condition and treatment options. One drawback is that he is very busy and it could take months to set up an appointment although I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to fit me in for a follow up appointment a few weeks after my endoscopy.
