We have a good plan going forward

Great in office care but itvis impossible to reach this office by telephone... Over 2 weeks I must have called 3 to 4 times and waited on hold maybe five minutes or more each time maybe it was 10 minutes....I didn't count but it was excessive. . And I was stuck on hold and no one picked up the phone

[redacted] reports that he had several examinations about the SS. And that everything went very well. He was pleased with his medical appointment.[redacted] thank you.

The experience went very well. The provider had all of the information that was needed, had looked at the history and commented about the condition that I have and some of the remedies for it, and was very thorough in setting up clinics to attend and whatnot. So overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Bitton as my provider. He's understanding, he's kind, he talks to me, he takes his time, and the Brigham is very lucky to have him.
