I very much like Dr. Pandey. He listened and he understood and he explained everything to me. He also had done a lot of research on my situation and even went so far as looking at a CAT scan from 2017 and comparing it with the CAT scan that caused me to go to the vascular department at all. and noting the differences and he showed it to me and explained it in details in ways I could understand and the options that were available to me if things went either depending on what happens in the future [redacted]

Dr Pandey is kind, careful, and thorough. He has an expansive, rather than restrictive, approach. He does not rush. He is careful to communicate in a straightforward and detailed way. He is careful to confirm understanding of the agreement on ongoing treatment. I felt respected at every moment during the appointment. He's an excellent doctor in every way.

He was incredible - he took so much time during my appointment and explained in a way we understand. He has a great way to listen and share as a doctor, as someone that has had a long few months this was a lot. We feel trusted and think he is in our best interests. Truly - thank you so much.

Takes time to ask questions and explain test results. Reviews medications for any potential changes or adjustments. Very cordial and doesn't rush through the visit.

Dr. Pandey was an excellent provider, courteous, respectful, informative. I felt very confident in his abilities and experience and overall the experience was quite good.

Dr. Pandey is great. He is knowledgable, compassionate and helpful, even when I am one of the last patients of the day. But ... the fact that his schedule is booked through all of 2025 and 2026 and 2027 is concerning. He is doing his best to deal with this - setting up appointments with the NP/PA (not sure), but still - one of the local heart specialists at Emerson in Concord (which is closer BTW) would not have this kind of lead time. I'm not planning on changing yet - but I am worried that someday I might have to.

Dr. Pandey is one in a million. All doctors should be as extraordinary as he is.

Dr. Pandey is incredible. The most wonderful experiences I've had since using Brigham and Women's. He makes you feel seen, he makes you feel heard, and explains things in a way that isn't Doctor "jargon" but also doesn't make you feel dumbed down. He is truly an asset to this hospital and I always look forward to our visits. He makes you feel safe and comfortable and at ease, especially important for me because I have a lot of anxiety coming to hospital visits.

I really respect Dr. Pandey and appreciate how kind and compassionate he is.
