I felt that my providers focused more on my mental health background, including my medication, instead of focusing on what I was actually there for and did not give me any further direction as far as where I can go for additional treatment or who I could possibly see. I was kind of left hanging after that appointment. They were very nice. They explained things, but there was nothing after.

Everything is great, I am treated with respect and concern for my health, and I appreciate the care they provide me.

My experience was that he was an excellent provider, 100%. He sat down with me to listen to all my concerns and even called another healthcare professional to consult with me. I had an excellent, very good experience.

Dr.Ori has proven to be a most knowledgeable physician. Both she and her staff are very attentive and do a great job making me feel included in the entire process. Pain clinic visits are always a good experience. Everyone there is always respectful, helpful and you can depend on them.

I was at your facility for a knee pain injection study. I cannot praise enough all the professionals that rendered me care at this visit. I am very aware of consistent and careful management of my health care and would unhesitatingly give the entire team an outstanding rating. Dr. Ori was pleasant and easy to talk to. This was my first visit and I was nervous and anxious. She explained the procedure she wants to do and when I explained I was needle phobic she said she would talk me through the procedure. I hope she will help me with my issues.

Dr. Ori is the only reason I am having this procedure at B&W. She is very friendly, and showed care about my situation. Explained things so I could understand and very knowledgeable about the procedure. She explained her experience of doing this procedure and she made me feel like I picked the exact right person. I appreciate that Dr. Ori saw me right away in an emergency scenario. However, her bed-side manner is inconsiderate, she's impatient, condescending and borderline rude. She seemed like she had better things to do than be there with me. I trust Brigham Pain Center is the best and want to assume Dr.Ori is the best at what she does, but interacting with her was difficult in a stressful situation.

Dr Ori is excellent. She and her team have been very helpful since I was diagnosed with a difficult illness. They are always pleasant and caring when I come in for appointments, and make a difficult time easier.

I enjoyed my visit with the doctor. She was well acquainted with my situation prior to my meeting with her, which extremely impressed me, which you don't always have a situation like that as I'm a complex patient. So I really, really appreciated that. She was very respectful and she took the time to explain the possibility of the surgery that we were looking at and that I'm a qualified candidate for it.

It was actually my first visit with Dr. Ori. I had had a pump put in by Dr. [redacted] several years ago, maybe four years ago. I'm a little nervous about the procedure. Like I said, I never met Dr. Ori before. She was very, very busy. [redacted] I would have liked to talk with her a little bit longer, ask a little more questions, but I know she was in a hurry, so I understand that. That's it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ori and the rest of the doctors and nurses I interacted with as well as the people at the front desk and the person who makes the follow-up appointment. They were all outstanding. Thank you.

Dr Ori is obviously very bright. She did a comprehensive review of the 2 pain relief modalities that were most likely to help me. She studied my MRI and explained aspects of it that were important. She is very well prepared and a delightful Dr to work with.

Dr. Ori was competent and came in having already discussed my case with my primary pain doctor. She followed through and accurately gave the medication such that my pain levels have reduced.
