Dr Little was aware of of Cystoscopy results he performed on [redacted] and the follow-on Urodynamics Procedure performed [redacted]. He was aware of the results of that visit and, in combination, recommended a number of therapies, some of which were new to me, while others were made with more detail that came from the two test procedures. He was terrific. I am studying 3-4 approaches and will get back to him to initiate one or more changes in my treatment.

From the very first interaction, he was calm, confident, and reassuring, which made a situation I was pretty nervous about feel completely manageable. Mine was a brief checkup, solely due to a family history of prostate cancer. With an improved PSA test score, it was more of a discussion than anything else, but to me, it was immensely helpful to hear that changes to my system over the last few years were normal for a patient my age.

And how the might interact with my current meds and how long the new medication will take to kick in and explained the side effects might be and code me to contact him so he cod make changes to the 2 drugs I an currently talking. We were very happy with Foster Little. It was our first time seeing him, and I brought my brother, who I'm a legal guardian of, who has special needs Down syndrome with dementia, for a urology appointment, and his whole staff was very nice, and he could not have been nicer, kinder, more explanatory of everything that was going on and what he would do following up.

I saw Dr. Arthur Little. I think he definitely, you know, in my mind, stands as an exceptional doctor who really spent time understanding and extremely knowledgeable on what he's doing. And then I had an issue at the end of the biopsy and I came back and he attended to that and he was able to inspire the right confidence and guide me in the right way. I think, you know, I was very blessed to have Dr. Arthur Little as my doctor and I'm very grateful for everything he's done for me.

Dr. Little was very professional. In particular, he demonstrated great empathy and a good sense of humor, which put me at ease. He explained what the procedure would be. And then while the procedure wasn't going, he gave me advance warning of what he was going to be doing. And all of that was extremely helpful. So while this is not a procedure that I would recommend anyone to have for fun, I think that he made the best that was possible, given that I needed to have this procedure done. He was a real pro.
