Arielle J Medford, MD

Dr. Medford has been my doctor for the past couple years, my oncology doctor, and she's been fabulous. She is always following up with me, explains things, is really thoughtful. I feel like she really takes my feelings and my lifestyle into consideration, and she's also willing to advocate for me when I need someone to advocate. So I would say she's fantastic, and she's a real value, a treasure to the Mass General Hospital oncology.

I think Dr. Medford is the best. She is knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. I feel heard, understood, and supported.

Dr. Medford was very caring and attentive to me during my visit.

I really didn't see nurses, so that's why I gave them threes. I only had one bring me into a room, and I think he was a nurse. Maybe a tech, I'm not sure. I saw a team of doctors when I was there, and all of them were wonderful. I know this is specifically asking about my oncologist, but my experience overall was positive and communication flowed easily both ways.

She's very kind and easy to talk to, and she respects what I have to say about my own experiences.

Dr. Medford started my appointment by sharing that this is a good news visit which was very thoughtful. She remained incredibly positive and thoughtful throughout the appointment. She made sure to get my husband name correct and bring him into the conversation. And I greatly appreciated that even though she is not actively treating me, I can consider her my Oncologist and reach out with any questions in the future.

This was the first time I met with this provider. Dr. Medford was extremely welcoming ,respectful and a good listener. She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed.

Dr. Medford was extremely positive and helpful. It was a lot of information to absorb, and it would have been helpful to spend time right after with her RN and the instructions about chemo treatment. Just having it on gateway and a generic printout isn't sufficient. Everyone was very helpful and professional, Waiting for teaching session a month later and scheduling and surgeries is a lot

Dr Medford is always so good at attentively listening to what is going on in my life. She has worked with me to find the medicine that works best for me and I appreciate the care and concern she has shown me.

Kit provider, Dr. Ariel was wonderful. I wish I could have seen her earlier. A couple of the appointments were postponed on her end. Otherwise, I was very happy to see her and get the information and get my change of medication and other information regarding my health. Very happy. Thank you.
