My worst experience with this care provider is the meals that they claim to provide. There are no meals provided for vets for vegetarian. There is no vegetarian meal per se. And whoever was offering the meal was horrible. They hung up before I was finished speaking and the explanation of the meals was poor. I have received a breakfast meal that I can't use because they did not listen. Thank you very much. Apart from that, everything has been excellent.

Provider was over 45 minutes late entering the patient room. She was rushed and the appointment was over in a few minutes.

Doctor had fantastic energy, was very knowledgeable about the treatment. It felt rushed, we did not have time to even start to talk about one of the primary concerns I had.

She spoke very fast in medical terms that I did not understand. She referred to my backside as "trunk"... it took me a while to figure out what she was talking about. She referred to her advice as what she would give her "sister", I never quite had a physician speaking in those terms. Lastly, this was a dermatology appointment and there was no Mirror for me to show her areas on my face that I was concerned about. The entire appointment was hurried and not very informative.
