Dr. Burgos is an excellent doctor. We've been very pleased with every experience we've had with her from professionalism to empathy and really guiding us along the process. So nothing but positive things to say and we're very grateful that our daughter has her as a primary care provider.

We love Dr. Burgos-Chaves. She has known our daughter since she was born and we trust her. She is a great listener, empathetic, and clearly very knowledgable and professional. Even though we have moved away from Charlestown, we continue to see her because we believe she is unique and wonderful.

We absolutely love Dr. Burgos. She's calm, she's knowledgeable, she's patient, she listens, she pays attention. I can't speak more highly of Dr. Burgos and we're so thankful to have her as our pediatrician.

Dr. Burgos is wonderful. She is such a patient, caring pediatrician that really listens to you and takes the time out of her day to make sure that each appointment matters. She also is on time and respects all of the parents' wishes.

Everything was fabulous except that we did not receive the prescription or no one contacted us about the medication that should be given to us, neither from the office or from the pharmacy. And it has been a couple of days now. I would really appreciate if someone can follow up with the medication. Thank you.

We love dr Burgos and everyone at the office. They are all really fantastic from the moment you walk in being greeted by the two people at the desk to the nurses and the dr. We are beyond grateful to have a dr office that we love, we always feel comfortable asking questions and the dr takes her time to explain everything and is always so sweet and gentle with our son. We can't say enough how much we love this office. Thank you!
