Have had a great experience throughout my pregnancy seeing this provider. MGH patient gateway has been extremely helpful, nurses get back to you almost immediately which is great for purposes of FMLA and medical questions that aren't emergency

The provider considers all aspects of my physical and emotional care. She reviewed all meds and supplements and recognized supplements that may have negative effects. And told me how to identify all ingredients in supplements to get baselines for our next meeting. She suggested foods and preparations that might reduce the number of supplements. She gave me the name and phone number a specialist I need. Ordered labs for 3-4 weeks. Thoughtful, smart, caring. I am GRATEFUL!!!!

By far the best experience in healthcare as whole. I felt heard and like I was also in control of my care. Both nurses were kind and personable and the Dr was clear and answered all concerns. I felt like I was in the best hands .

The nurses were wonderful. I had accidentally eaten that morning and so I couldn't be sedated for my procedure. The nurses were very kind and understanding, and offered me several options for care. In the end I decided to reschedule the appointment for sedation but I really cannot say enough about the wonderful and kind nurses that day. Nurses are essential to good medical care. I hope they know how much they're appreciated ??

Anne Plante and her staff are simply the BEST.

Dr. Plante talked me through the whole IUD and checked in on how I was doing at each step. Her medical assistant as also very helpful and kind.

She is, as I said, the most caring provider I have ever encountered. Hi, I had a wonderful experience with the provider and the hospital. So let me start with the process. This was my first appointment based on a recommendation from the hospital. They were so nice to get me an appointment. The only thing is that I wish I could get an earlier appointment, but my situation was not necessarily urgent. So I was happy that I was able to get in. maybe later than expected, but overall the care provider, the hospital, they were really thoughtful through the process and with the documentation needed, et cetera. So then the visit, the day of the visit, I got a couple of notes about the information. Everything was loud and clear, very good. And the soon I entered, everybody had a smile, really good and treated me well.

Very nice, easy to talk to and listened to me when I was speaking. Turned toward me and was not working on the computer while we were talking.

Dr Plante is the best!!! All doctors should shadow her to see how an empathetic, caring & personable doctor should be. She is a superb listener & always has a smile to greet you no matter what is going on in her world that day. She just makes you feel so comfortable & easy to talk to & you never feel like a number. Many doctors in all specialties just rush you & often make you feel like they don't have time for you. The medical world needs to realize its quality OVER quantity! People are not stats. Operating a medical practice like a business is wrong. People are not products! Dr Plante gets this & that is why she is so successful & everyone loves her! She is also clearly a great leader too because she has had the same staff for a long time & her team is amazing! They all are just so pleasant to interact with & so helpful! Dr. Plante was fantastic! She was relatable, funny, and kind. She had looked at my record in advance and knew information about my hx, which I appreciated. She asked important questions and also answered all of my litany of questions. She provided helpful and clear information and demystified the medical information for me. We discussed options and she considered all of my concerns. I was nervous about the conversation but she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable talking about what can be awkward or sensitive information. She was just lovely!
